Meet The Cannon’s

For a long time I told Cade I wanted to start a blog and he thought it was silly. But then after A was diagnosed he thought it was a good idea and since I was pregnant the idea of trying to write something every day seemed daunting (so glad I graduated college prior to pregnancies!).

So now nearly 9 months later I am starting a blog. This is going to be an outlet for venting and explaining all the issues that come along with having a Type 1 Diabetic toddler. As well it is supposed to be a fun read. Not to serious just my family in all of its complete glory.

Mi Familia

This is my family in January 10 days after welcoming our son into our family (I think). That my friends is my handsome husband. I know you were all thinking it. And lastly our gorgeous daughter A. She is a spunky two year old with type 1 diabetes.

Now if you have ever experienced Terrible Two’s let me tell you that Diabetes puts a whole new spin on the idea of toddlerhood and tantrums. Luckily for me she is my first which means Diabetes is our new normal.

 

Here are my two awesome Kids. A sure makes E look like a little pip-squeek.

yep at five months old this little man is already tank!

What did I tell you he is quite the looker; of course that sweet little girl has stolen his heart (its A pre-hair if you can’t tell). Welcome to our little family.
